La formation continue (ou executive education) s'adresse aux organisations et aux individus qui souhaitent utiliser le design comme levier de transformation et de création, dans leurs contextes d'innovation : entrepreneurs, managers, consultants, chefs de projet, ingénieurs R&D, designers, chefs de produit, responsables de l'expérience client, collaborateurs au profil créatif et innovant etc.

The design ladder is a tool developed by the Danish Design Centre to illustrate and evaluate the place of design in a company. This tool has shown a positive link between the profitability of a company and the use of a design approach in the early phases of product or service development.

How can we learn about a world in the making?

The ability to incorporate new knowledge becomes more important than the knowledge already learned. The ability to trans-form throughout one's professional life is essential. Formalizing the collective intelligence necessary for the conduct of any business project is at the heart of the designer's profession. It is also the challenge of all organizations, faced with accelerated changes, to transform themselves by inventing desirable and sustainable futures.

Since its creation, Strate has trained more than 3,500 people in the design approach in 47 companies, as part of its continuing education program.
