How to apply for an academic exchange at Strate?
To participate in an exchange under a bilateral agreement, you must first contact the person responsible for international relations at your home institution.

To apply for an academic exchange for a semester, you will need to download and return the following documents:

The application deadlines are as follows:
For the 1st semester: June 1st
For the 2nd semester: November 1st
Strate can receive you on exchange in the third or fourth year according to the following organization:
1st semester: third year, from early September to early February
2nd semester: fourth year, from the end of January to the end of June
N.B. Any application sent without going through the head of the home institution cannot be taken into account.
To apply to Strate, you must send the following documents:
- Your application form completed and signed by you and your home institution
- Your resume
- Your portfolio
- A photo ID (.jpg)
- A short video (1 minute max) to introduce yourself
- A cover letter to justify your desire to come to Strate (1 page maximum)

Important Note:
To ensure your application is processed, please ensure you are first nominated by the coordinator of your home institution. Unfortunately, applications submitted directly cannot be considered.

- A recent ID photo in .jpg format
